01

A real platform, not a price list

One dashboard for orders, designs, production status, customers and billing. Shopify connects in three clicks, WooCommerce via OAuth, and POD platforms plug Fabrixa in through the REST API.

02

Reactive printing, not pigment

Dye is chemically bonded inside the cotton fibre. Deeper colour, softer hand, no cracking. The difference you feel after one wash.

03

EU-only, end-to-end

Three production hubs in Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands — no trans-shipping, no surprise duties, and factories held to EU labour standards. A short supply chain you can actually audit.

How it works

From order to parcel in four moves.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

The fundamentals about how Fabrixa works — production, pricing, integrations and product range.

What is reactive textile printing?

Reactive printing is a textile dye process where the dye reacts with cotton or linen fibre and becomes part of the fabric itself — not a layer on top. The result is vivid, soft-handle prints that survive industrial washing without cracking, peeling or washing off. Fabrixa uses reactive printing for all apparel and cotton home textiles; sublimation is used for polyester-based items like towels and bath mats.

Where does Fabrixa produce?

All apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, joggers, kidswear) and cotton meter fabrics are produced in Portugal. Reactive-printed home textiles (duvet covers, fitted sheets, curtains, cushions, tablecloths) are produced in Spain. Sublimation home textiles (towels, kitchen items, rugs, bath mats) are produced in the Netherlands. Engineering is based in Lviv, Ukraine; the headquarters is in Almere, Netherlands.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ 1. Every product on the Fabrixa platform can be ordered as a single unit. There are no setup fees, no minimum print runs, and no volume thresholds — the same supply chain handles one-off prototypes and 10,000-unit drops.

Which sales channels can I connect?

Fabrixa offers native one-click integrations for Shopify (via OAuth) and WooCommerce (via REST API). Custom storefronts and ERP systems integrate through the public REST API at api.fabrixa.com. Manual entry and CSV import are also supported for low-volume operations.

How does Fabrixa's pricing work?

Fabrixa uses a prepaid wallet model: top up your balance, and production, printing and shipping draw from it as orders flow. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no lock-in. Unused balance is refundable. Pricing per unit varies by product, material and quantity — see the pricing page for the Tier Finder calculator.

What product categories does Fabrixa print?

Three categories: Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, joggers, kidswear and accessories), Home Textiles (duvet covers, fitted sheets, curtains, cushions, tablecloths, towels and rugs) and Fabric Per Metre (cotton, half panama, sateen, percale). All printed end-to-end and shipped white-label under your brand.

Built for scale

From 1 unit to 100,000 — same platform, same factory.

Whether you’re shipping prototype #1 or a national retail drop, it’s the same dashboard, the same factory, the same timeline math. You only ever scale up the number. Start with one piece — a real human’s here if you need one.

Made in the EU

No EU import duty on your order.

Since 1 July 2026, parcels arriving from outside the EU carry a new €3-per-item customs duty — the old duty-free exemption on orders under €150 is gone. Fabrixa prints, makes and ships your order inside the EU, from Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands. Your parcels never cross an EU customs border, so that import duty simply doesn’t apply.
